Leah Caplanis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Leah started their career as an Intern in Compensation at Kellogg Company in 2003. From there, they worked at Nestle USA, where they held various roles including Retail Sales Representative, Sales Business Analyst, and Customer Development Account Manager. In 2013, Leah founded their own company, SOCIAL Sparkling Wine, where they currently serve as the Founder & CEO.

Leah Caplanis received their High School Diploma from Port Huron Northern High School in 2001. Leah went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, graduating in 2005. In 2004, they attended the Negocia Business School of Paris to study International Marketing and Negotiation. Later, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing their studies in 2013.
