We are living in a world where the fortunes of customers and the brands they buy from are inextricably linked. 

In a post social-media world, it’s not slick advertising, polished content or paid endorsements that decide the winners and the losers.

It’s the customers. The community.

Way above any other marketing channel, user-generated-content wins in terms of trust, engagement and reach.

Why then, is there no way for brands to easily harness this social currency? And why are the customers that build brands through their advocacy not rewarded for doing so?

Something needs to change.
