Arrigo Santini

Arrigo Santini currently serves as the Head of Digital Channels & Contact Center and previously held the position of Head of E-Channel Management at SEA Milan Airports since June 2011. Santini was instrumental in establishing the E-Channel Management function to drive digital transformation and enhance SEA's digital presence and e-commerce revenues. Prior to this, Santini worked at Piaggio & C. SPA from June 2000 to June 2011, culminating in the role of Digital Communication Manager, overseeing digital communication activities for various brands within the Piaggio Group. Santini began the career as a Marketing Representative at American Express Italy in early 2000. Educational qualifications include a degree in sociology, specializing in Communication and Mass Media, from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 1999.
