Tim Roach has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Tim served as the Senior Director of Plant Engineering at Societal CDMO, where they provided strategic leadership and direction to multiple engineering and maintenance groups across multiple sites. Tim also held the position of Director of Facilities and Engineering at Recro Pharma. Prior to that, Tim worked at Roche, where they served as Associate Director of Site Engineering and Maintenance, Senior Manager of Facilities, Manager of Maintenance Operations, Principal Engineer, and Project Engineer. Tim also has experience working at EMS-CHEMIE, where they held positions such as Production Manager, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Throughout their career, Tim has managed capital projects, provided technical support, and oversaw budgeting and operations in various engineering roles.
Tim Roach graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, attending from 1987 to 1991. In 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Certification in Project Management from Boston University. Tim Roach also holds a Professional Project Manager certification from the Project Management Institute, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
