Bala Bulusu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bala started their career as a Software Engineer at MCI Systemhouse in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Following that, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Senior Project Manager and remained with the company for 16 years from 1998 to 2014. Bala then moved on to Societe Generale Global Solution Centre where they held multiple positions. Bala began as the Unit Head for Client & Trading Technology from 2014 to 2017, then transitioned to COO of Investment Banking Technology from 2017 to 2018. Later, they served as the COO of Investment Banking Technology & Operations from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Bala holds the role of Head of Risk & Compliance IT, CyberSec Wholesale Banking at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, starting in June 2020.
Bala Bulusu completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Osmania University from 1990 to 1994. Bala further pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Texas from 1994 to 1996.
