Sameer Borikar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sameer has held various leadership positions in different companies. In their most recent role as Director of Artificial Intelligence Business Solutions at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, they focused on developing products, consulting, and setting up a deep learning platform. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Head of the Machine Learning CoE & Digital labs, where they delivered award-winning products and built high-performance machines and digital devices. Sameer also served as the Vice President and Head of Technical Architecture where they defined priorities, roadmaps, and governance for global applications. Earlier in their career, Sameer held roles as Assistant Vice President, Senior Architect, Sr. Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, and Technology Specialist, where they were responsible for various technical and architectural tasks. Sameer has experience with Microsoft .NET technologies and has actively taken part in pre-sales activities and responding to RFPs.
Sameer Borikar completed their post-graduation in Advanced Computing at CDAC (Center for Development of Advanced Computing) in Pune in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from D.K.T.E. between 1994 and 1998. In 1992, Sameer studied science at Vivekanand College in Kolhapur for their H.S.C. degree. In 1991, they completed their S.S.C. degree at a private high school.
