Simrat also earned a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development between 2006 and 2010. In 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning. Simrat also received an Honours Diploma and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing and Training & Development respectively from the National Institute of Sales, during 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts with First Division from Punjab University. Additionally, Simrat has a Basic Lab in Human Processes certification from ISABS.
