Diane Côté

Diane Cote, CA-CPA, currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee at Pay.UK since January 2022. With extensive experience in governance, Diane also holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Societe Generale and as a Chairperson at La Nuova Musica. Other notable roles include Board Trustee at SHAW TRUST LIMITED and Non-Executive Director at X-Forces Enterprise CIC, which supports entrepreneurs in the Armed Forces community.
