Kathleen Wong serves as the Chairman of the CERA Global Association Treaty Board at CGA since October 2021. As an Independent Consultant since December 2011, Kathleen provides expertise as a retired consulting actuary. Involved with the Society of Actuaries since January 1994, Kathleen has contributed as a volunteer in education and risk management, previously holding the position of General Education Chair. Kathleen's prior professional experience includes serving as Vice President and Actuary at AXA Equitable from October 1998 to December 2011, where responsibilities included GAAP, IFRS, and statutory financial reporting, and Director of Insurance Ratings at Standard & Poor's from October 1995 to October 1998. Additionally, Kathleen held the role of Vice President and Actuary at Prudential from 1975 to 1994. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lafayette College and a diploma from North Penn High School.
