Shoba Elaiyavalli has worked in the tech industry for the past 20 years. In 2000, they began their career at Inabled Inc as a Software Developer and Software Programmer. Shoba then moved to Union Bank Of California in the same year, where they worked as a Systems Specialist. In 2007, they joined Northrop Grumman as a Senior Project Manager. Three years later, in 2010, they became a Senior Project Manager consultant at LPL Financial Services. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President at LPL Financial, and in 2020, they were appointed as Senior Director of Operations at Socrates AI.
Shoba Elaiyavalli obtained their MBA from Regis University in 2008 and their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras in 1997. In 2005, they also obtained their Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
