Robert Nichols

Robert Nichols is an experienced professional in data analytics and systems management, currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Data Analytics at Sodexo since August 1999. In this role, Robert creates insights from strategic data to support marketing and business development initiatives. Previous positions at Sodexo include Senior Manager of Food and Retail Systems, where Robert delivered POS analytics and implemented a Food Production system, as well as Senior Manager of Corporate Systems, overseeing platforms for financial controls. Robert also has a background as a Senior Data Architect, specializing in developing star schemas, and as a Senior Oracle DBA, focusing on optimizing PL/SQL performance. Earlier experience includes administering Oracle systems at Tops Markets and developing point of sale applications at Universal Data Research. Robert holds a BA in Computer Science from Alfred University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
