Sheree Gaus

Sheree Gaus is an accomplished professional in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, currently serving as the Vice President of HSE and Food Safety for Sodexo in North America, where leadership encompasses over 100,000 employees across approximately 4,000 sites. With a strong background in the field, Sheree has held notable positions including Global Head of HSE at Waters Corporation, where responsibilities included the development and deployment of corporate EHS strategies, and Americas Manager of HSE at Bose Corporation, focusing on global compliance and sustainability initiatives. As a member of the National Board of Directors for Women in Manufacturing, Sheree contributes to the support and development of women in the manufacturing sector.
