Olga Lucia Molina Vasquez has over two decades of experience in customer experience management and operations. Currently serving as Gerente Experiencia de Clientes CX at Sodimac Colombia since January 2012, Olga previously held multiple leadership positions at Codensa SA ESP, including Jefe Atención Telefónica y Medios Virtuales and Jefe Soporte de Operaciones, Call Center y Canal presencial from March 2000 to January 2012. Olga completed a Specialization in Commercial Management, Administration, and Marketing at Universidad de La Sabana between 2003 and 2004, after earning a degree in Administration & Service from the same institution from 1989 to 1993.
