Simon Palmer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Simon has held leadership positions in various companies, contributing to their growth and success. Simon most recently served as the Head of Retail Operations at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. Prior to that, they worked as the Retail Stores Director at Bestway Retail and as the Head of Retail Central Operations - Londis at Booker Group. Simon also owned and served as the Director of Cobalt Green Consulting Ltd. Simon has held prominent roles at RONTEC Roadside Retail Limited as the Commercial Director and at TOTAL UK Ltd as the Director of Human Resources & Corporate Communications, General Manager of TOTAL Butler Ltd, General Manager of TOTAL Convenience Stores Ltd, and Branded Wholesale Network Manager. Simon has demonstrated expertise in business turnaround, sales growth, operations management, and leadership.
Simon Palmer has a post-graduate research degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Southampton. Simon also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, Simon completed a General Management Development Programme at Hult Ashridge.
