Austin Naylor has a diverse background in the sports and entertainment industry. Austin started their career as an intern at Sports 1 Marketing in May 2017 before moving on to roles as a Training Camp/Game Day Intern in Corporate Sales with the Los Angeles Rams and as an Assistant Director of Operations at Steinberg Sports & Entertainment. In 2018, they joined the NFL Network as a Social Media Production Assistant until January 2020. Austin then worked at USC Auxiliary Services as an Operations Employee at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where they were responsible for equipment movement and installation. Austin most recently worked at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, starting as a Facility Operations Coordinator in January 2020 and currently serving as Manager of Operations.
Austin Naylor earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2010 to 2016. Austin then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sports Management at the same institution, from 2016 to 2017.
