Johnny is currently working at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, where they started as a Director of Ticket Operations in September 2021 and later promoted to Senior Director of Ticket Operations in May 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Ticketmaster, starting as a Senior Client Support Specialist II in May 2015 and then transitioning to a Client Support Consultant in September 2020. Before joining Ticketmaster, Johnny worked at the Los Angeles Angels as a Director of Ticket Services and Operations from August 2012 to April 2015. Their career began at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they held various roles at the UCLA Central Ticket Office, including Customer Service Supervisor from June 2006 to October 2011 and later as a Customer Service Manager & Client Representative from October 2011 to August 2012.
