Matthew Vargas has a diverse work experience in various roles. Matthew started in 2018 as a Broadcaster, Broadcast Manager, and Cameraman for the Whittier College Sports Network until 2020. In 2021, they worked as an At Your Service Representative for Macy's from May 2021 to March 2022. Matthew then joined SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park as a Team Member Experience Representative, where their responsibilities included gate management, security assistance, and exclusive guest club facilitation. Matthew also took part in notable events like the NFC Championship Game, BTS Permission To Dance, and Super Bowl LVI. In 2023, they joined LA Galaxy as a Premium Concierge. Currently, they hold the position of Guest Experience Operations Team Lead at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, where they oversee the maintenance and supply of technology and equipment for the Guest Experience team. Matthew also coordinates tasks among the GXO representatives and serves as a liaison between management and the team.

The first indoor-outdoor stadium to be constructed, SoFi Stadium is the home of the Los Angeles Chargers and the Los Angeles Rams.
