Alberto Umaña

Alberto Umaña, also known as Umi, is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager at Sofía since February 2023, Umi previously held the role of Sales & Customer Success Manager at ayam world from January 2022 to February 2023, focusing on managing the sales funnel and client relationships. Prior experience includes working at GEPP from September 2017 to January 2022 in various capacities, including Coordinator of Planning and Sales for Grupo Walmart, where strategic budgeting and point-of-sale activities were managed. Umi began the career at GEPP as a Sales Analyst and an intern in Strategic Planning. Umi holds a degree in Business Strategies and Administration with a minor in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained in 2020.
