Jaakko Jalo

Jaakko Jalo is an experienced advisor at Sofigate Oy since January 2013, with a background in IT service management. Previously, Jaakko served as an Assistant Development Coordinator at Cargotec Corporation from October 2011 to January 2013, focusing on administering and supporting the global IT service management suite using Service-Now, as well as developing programming and scripting capabilities for in-house tools. Jaakko holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology, specializing in Embedded Software, from Turku University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2011.
