Sara Salminen

Sara Salminen has extensive experience in communications and change management across various industries. Currently serving as Group Communication Advisor at Sofigate since January 2023, Sara previously worked at Kalmar, Cargotec as a Communication and Change Management Specialist, facilitating change communication in global transformation initiatives. Earlier roles include IT Communications and Change Management Assistant at UPM, where Sara planned communication for IT project changes, and HR and Communications Coordinator at Berner, focusing on employee communications development. Sara's career began with various positions in sales, marketing, and office management, complemented by a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication & PR from the University of Jyväskylä.
