Lyubomir Filipov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, regulation, and project management within public-private partnerships and legal frameworks. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Regulation at Sofiyska voda (operated by Veolia), Lyubomir oversees multiple departments, including Regulation and Implementation of the Concession Contract, PR & Communication, Legal, and Security. Additionally, as Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors at Voice of the Danube, Lyubomir guides strategic initiatives and partnerships. Previous roles include PPP Expert at the Administration of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Finance, along with contributions at various financial institutions and development organizations. Lyubomir holds advanced degrees in finance and management from prominent universities, including the University of National and World Economy and Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
