Momchil Todorov, FCCA, CRMA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and financial transformation. Currently serving as the Country Finance Transformation Officer at Veolia Bulgaria since September 2014, Momchil has held a variety of roles within the company, including Security Correspondent and Country Internal Control and Risk Management Director. Prior experience includes significant positions at Sofiyska voda, where responsibilities encompassed health and safety advisory to the CEO and oversight of internal audit and risk management. Additionally, engagement with United Milk Company as a part-time member of the Audit Committee involved monitoring financial reporting and evaluating internal control systems. Prior roles at Deloitte Bulgaria and Arthur Andersen provided foundational expertise in audit and advisory services. Momchil holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Control from Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Our activities include the operation, maintenance and management of hundreds of and thousands of meters of water mains and sewers.
