Eugen-Nicolae BÎRLĂ is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Finance Director at SOFMEDICA Life-saving Innovation since December 2022, BÎRLĂ previously held the position of CEE Finance Director at Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances and Chief Financial Officer at MONEYGOLD. With a strong background, including nine years as Group Finance Director and Group Controller at Technophar Equipment and Services and Qualicaps, BÎRLĂ has demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed financial targets, particularly achieving a historical budget in FY2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Micron SRL and Financial Inspector for the Ministry of Finance in the Prahova Region. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Master’s degree in International Business from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
