Flavio Rodriguez

Flavio Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for LATAM at SOFOS C.A. since September 2008. Previously, Rodriguez held the position of Human Resources Director at Industrias Unicon and served as both Marketing Manager and Human Resources Manager at C.A. Ron Santa Teresa. Earlier roles included Human Resources Director at SOFOS C.A. and Vice President of Human Resources at Phelps Dodge. Flavio Rodriguez obtained a Licentiate degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad de Carabobo and pursued additional education at Harvard University and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
