Andrey Fedorov

Andrey Fedorov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Planning at Soft2Bet since June 2025, Fedorov previously held the position of Director of Projects at BrainRocket, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 200 ongoing projects. At Exness, Fedorov established the Project Management & Operational Excellence function within the Customer Support Division and led comprehensive organizational transformations. Additional roles include Chief Product Officer at Brandquad, responsible for product management and P&L, and Head of PMO at OpenWay, where Fedorov successfully completed over 35 projects with sizable budgets. Fedorov earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
