Mikko Luukkonen is an experienced professional in the IT consultancy and enterprise resource planning sectors, currently serving as the Head of Sales at Softability Oy since June 2014. Under Mikko's leadership, Softability has achieved significant growth, reaching 7.8 million EUR in revenue in 2023. Mikko has a strong background in managing key accounts for industrial and medical device manufacturers, and previously held the role of Product Manager for Sopima, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, and project management for contract management solutions. In addition to their current position, Mikko has been the owner of ITomax Oy since January 2009, focusing on the development of lightweight ERP systems using Microsoft .NET technologies. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at IS-Systems Oy, developing enterprise resource planning systems. Mikko holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management and Enterprise Information Systems from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has completed sales training at Mercuri International Online Business School and Trainers' House.
