Alex Lowe

Alex Lowe is a seasoned professional in the IT solutions and infrastructure industry, currently serving as the Commercial Operations Programmes Senior Manager and Deputy Team Leader for Public Cloud Operations at Softcat since February 2021. At Softcat, Alex has led the Public Cloud Operations team, with a focus on Sales Enablement, Vendor Alliance, Program Utilisation, and strategy execution, contributing to the team winning the FY23 Team of the Year award. Prior to this role, Alex held positions as a Microsoft Azure Solutions Specialist and a Microsoft Azure Executive, where responsibilities included guiding customers through the complexities of Microsoft Azure and building a robust customer base. Alex's career also includes experiences in customer service and design roles, such as a Barista at Welcome Break and Starbucks, and a Junior Graphic Designer at That Lot. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic and Communication Design from the University of Leeds and completed A levels in Graphic Design, Maths, and Biology at John Hampden Grammar School.
