Robert Donald is an experienced Account Manager and Sales Development Programme Manager at Softcat plc since August 2022. Prior to this, Robert served as a Corporate Account Manager, where responsibilities included identifying customer needs and converting business leads into transactions exceeding £2 million. Experience also includes a Corporate Sales Internship at Hilton from July 2019 to July 2020, where relationship development with key accounts was a focus. Additionally, a summer internship at Microsoft provided exposure to various roles and client meetings. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Leeds and completed A levels in Geography, Economics, and History at Hitchin Boys' School.
