Craig McQueen

Craig McQueen is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and innovative service strategies. Currently serving as the VP of AI Solutions at Softchoice since June 2013, Craig has also held roles including Vice President of Digital Acceleration and Innovation, where strategic direction and leadership in technology service execution were emphasized. Prior experiences include managing significant technology practices and consulting at companies like Ninety Five 5 and Agora Consulting Partners, with a strong focus on business intelligence and customer-centric service delivery. Craig holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, complemented by further education at The Wharton School.
