Shantal Cardoz

Shantal Cardoz is a seasoned Talent Advisor with extensive experience in campus programs and job coaching. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at Softchoice since January 2022, Shantal has previously held roles at The Career Foundation as a Facilitator and Job Coach from March 2019 to January 2022. Earlier positions include Career Advisor at Christ Church School from June 2014 to November 2018 and at St. Stanislaus High School in India from June 2013 to May 2015. Shantal holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai (2011-2013) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Xavier's College (2008-2011).
