Vigen Badalyan is an accomplished entrepreneur and diplomat, currently serving as the Honorary Consul of Colombia in the Republic of Armenia since 2020. Badalyan's commitment to education is reflected in the position as a Board Member at the French University of Armenia. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Armenian State University of Economics, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
