Kirill Mankovski has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Project Manager and Account Manager at Siemens, where they successfully completed various telecom projects. Kirill then worked at Philips Belarus as the Country Manager for the Consumer Electronics Department. Kirill later joined Samsung Electronics as the Head of the Samsung Representative Office. In 2008, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Smart Axiata, where they played a key role in the company's growth, making it the second largest mobile operator in Cambodia. Kirill then pursued an MBA at the University of Cambridge before joining PT. XL Axiata Tbk as the Chief Sales Officer, and later as the Chief Enterprise Officer, revitalizing and expanding their AXIS brand. Kirill then served as the Managing Director at ada, overseeing their Indonesian operations. Kirill most recently held the position of Director International Business at Grupa Pracuj before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at softgarden.

Kirill Mankovski obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Cambridge in 2014. Kirill also received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Cambridge Judge Business School, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
