Deane Horn

Director Product Management at Softing

Deane Horn has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Deane started their career in 1989 as a Test Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they worked on F-16 Radar systems. Deane then moved on to become a Flight Test Engineer for F-16 Radar at the same company in 1991. In 1993, Deane became a Lead Project Engineer for ASR-9 Air Traffic Control Systems at Westinghouse Electric Company. Deane continued their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 1996, working as a Lead Project Engineer for USPS Scanner Systems. Deane joined Emerson Process Management in 1997, where they initially worked as a Technical Sales Consultant before transitioning to the role of Product Manager for Online Machinery Health Monitoring in 2005. Deane held this position until 2015, when they joined Softing as the Director of Product Management.

Deane Horn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Their field of study was focused on Electrical Engineering during their time at the university.
