Filipa Chaves

Filipa Chaves is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. Currently serving as Business Controls Leader and involved in the HR Professional Development Program at Softinsa since October 2016, Filipa has a strong background in Deferred Compensation, Employee Benefits Design, HR Business Controls, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to Softinsa, Filipa held various HR roles at IBM Portugal from March 2000 to October 2016, specializing in HR Compensation and Benefits as well as Business Controls, and was instrumental in the centralization of HR policies at IBM United Kingdom Ltd from February 1999 to March 2000. Filipa Chaves earned a degree in Business Communication, Marketing, and Advertising from Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial between 1994 and 1998.
