João Ferreira

João Ferreira is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in release management and system administration. Currently positioned at Softinsa since July 2020, João has previously worked as a consultant in monitoring at NOS Sistemas and as an IT engineer at CRITICAL Software. Early career roles include helpdesk support at Atos and project technician responsibilities at Fractalia Remote Systems. João's expertise in system administration was further developed during a tenure at IBM, focusing on operational support for IBM Tivoli Storage Manager and various Microsoft operating systems.
