Nuno Dias

Nuno Dias is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Maximo at Softinsa and REN since March 2019, Nuno specializes in JavaScript and SQL Server scripting, customer communication, report generation using BIRT and Cognos, and manual creation. Previous roles include a Helpdesk Specialist at Emel and technical positions at 3M and DanCake, where responsibilities revolved around IT maintenance, user support, and ticket management. Nuno's career began as a Junior Information Systems Manager at AHRESP, leading various IT projects and managing internal and external websites.
