Raquel Palheira

Raquel Palheira has extensive experience in the technology and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Coordenador de Helpdesk de TI at Kyntech since September 2021, and as Gerente de Pessoas at Softinsa since February 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating service desk teams and managing personnel. Prior roles include Team Lead Supervisor and End User Support Specialist, as well as customer service and reservations positions at Petchey Leisure and Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel.
