Mike Abbaei

Mike has initiated a number of M&A activities, transformations, turnarounds, and growth initiatives. Mike retired from Broadridge Solutions Inc. where he served as Vice Chairman and Head of Broadridge Customer Communications, a multi-channel communications business serving more than 900 clients and over 138 million consumers, with annual revenue of over $1.5 billion. Mike joined Broadridge when he sold DST Systems, Inc's (DST) North American communications business to Broadridge. Prior to the acquisition, Mike held multiple executive roles at DST Systems, Inc. and Co-Founded two companies (Finix Business Strategies and Finix Converge), both of which he sold to DST.

Mike's other leadership positions include EVP and Chief Information and Operations Officer at Legg Mason and President of Legg Mason Technology Services. He also served in leadership roles at Kidder Peabody, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston and Bell Laboratories.
