Prof. Ajantha Dharmasiri was appointed to the Board in 2016 as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Prof. Dharmasiri currently serves as the Chairman / Director of the Board of Management of the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is the Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Sri Lanka and was a Vice President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM). He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma, USA. He holds a Ph.D. and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK. He has three decades of both private and public sector experience including stints at Unilever and Nestle, and is a sought after conference speaker, corporate trainer, strategy consultant, acclaimed author and an accomplished academic.
