Vasileios Baltas is a Senior Data Scientist at SoftOne Technologies S.A. since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in data analytics and predictive modeling. Prior roles include Data Scientist at Eurobank, where responsibilities encompassed predictive modeling for retail banking products, portfolio performance analysis, and development of business intelligence reports using Power BI. As a Data Engineering Associate at PwC Greece, Vasileios delivered comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions for the banking sector and automated regulatory reporting with the Microsoft BI stack. Earlier experiences include a Software Engineering Internship at PMM Public MediaMarkt focusing on data migration and API development, as well as a Business Operations Consultant role at BedorExcem that emphasized process optimization in the banking and logistics industries. Vasileios holds an MSc in Business Analytics from The University of Manchester and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Thessaly.
