Chad Ingham

Chad Ingham is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with a diverse background in software development, Agile practices, and leadership roles. Currently at SoftPro since August 2024, Chad previously served as a Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master at Learning Technologies Group plc, where significant contributions were made to the development of a major revenue-generating product. As the Founder and CEO of Top Shelf Gamer, Chad successfully established a thriving online retail business. Experience also includes senior engineering roles at Syngenta, YPrime, and Allscripts, where project leadership and Agile methodologies were key focuses. Chad's early career involved contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at RTI, where recognition included the President’s Award for excellence in a sales automation tool's design. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Saint Thomas.
