Anna Rybchenko is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment teams across various companies. At SoftServe since November 2020, Anna serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead. Previously, Anna held positions such as Head of Recruitment at Intellectsoft and Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at EPAM Systems, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership in recruitment. Earlier roles include Senior Recruiter at Luxoft and Head of the Recruitment Department at Gloria Consulting Company. Anna Rybchenko obtained a Master's degree in Legal Regulation of the Economy from Kiev National Economic University V.Hetman, completing the program between 2010 and 2013.
