Viktor Churak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Customer Data Governance Officer at SoftServe since May 2004. Viktor has a robust background in designing and managing global IT infrastructures, implementing cloud resources, and overseeing IT service management programs. Prior roles include Infrastructure and Operations Director, IT Service Desk Manager, and Team Leader for various IT teams, all contributing to the stability and development of corporate IT services. Viktor's educational credentials include multiple ITIL certifications, a Business program from Duke University, and executive training in international business. Prior to SoftServe, Viktor worked as an IT specialist at the National Bank of Ukraine.
