Vladyslav K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Lead Learning and Development Specialist at SoftServe since September 2019. In this role, Vladyslav focuses on fostering continuous learning and supports complex education solutions for engineering teams. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist and a Learning and Development Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed designing customized learning solutions and coordinating educational events.
