Yura Vasylyk

Yura Vasylyk has extensive experience in the technology and software sectors, holding various leadership positions at SoftServe since November 2003, including Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities include global delivery capacity evaluation, revenue management, and client executive roles. Prior to this, Yura served as Executive Vice President of Delivery and Finance, focusing on operational support and managing financial functions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at SoftServe Inc., IT Analyst/Project Manager at Cisco Systems, and Scorecard Specialist at General Electric. Yura co-founded SoftServe LTD, which rapidly expanded, and has a strong educational background with an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic Institute.
