Roberto M. Arratia

Roberto M. Arratia currently serves as General Counsel at Softtek since September 2017. Previously, Roberto held the position of General Counsel at Grupo Gard from June 2014 to August 2017, where responsibilities included legal advisory and execution for over 20 companies in various sectors, along with managing complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in Mexico, the United States, and Central America. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Grupo Lomex from May 2008 to June 2014, and practicing law in civil, family, and administrative matters at Stern Abogados from February 2006 to April 2008. Roberto's initial legal roles included serving as an Attorney at the Office of the Notary Public #47 and as an Associate Attorney at Mesta, Flores, S.C. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Laws from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Universidad Regiomontana.
