Paulina Guzik has a diverse work experience in project management and account management roles. Paulina is currently working as a Project Manager at Software Mansion since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bejamas as a Project Manager from April 2021 to May 2022. From April 2019 to April 2021, they were a Project Manager at Printbox, Software for Photo Products. Previously, they served as a Key Account Manager and Project Manager at YOHO Agencja Reklamowa from November 2017 to April 2019 and from October 2016 to November 2017, respectively. Paulina also worked as a Project Manager at HUMMINGBIRD.PL from April 2016 to October 2016. Paulina'searlier experience includes roles such as Event Manager, Junior Conference Manager, and Contact Center Consultant at PROIDEA from September 2014 to April 2016, July 2014 to September 2014, and July 2013 to July 2014, respectively.
Paulina Guzik attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Rachunkowość i Controlling. Paulina did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International in February 2021. In May 2023, they obtained the DTMethod® Foundation certification from APMG International and the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop certification from Management 3.0.

We have extensive experience in building modern multimedia solutions and offer consulting & development services in, among others, the following areas: audio/video real-time streaming and processing, mass storage, performance, and scalability. In most of our projects, we use React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, and Elixir — but we do not like to limit ourselves. We also contribute to the open-source community. We are the co-creators of React Native and we are the ones behind such libraries as React Native Reanimated or React Native Gesture Handler
