Raphael Erb is Chief Executive Officer of SoftwareOne since November 2024.
During his 25+ years at SoftwareOne, Raphael has held several leadership roles. Most recently, he was named Chief Revenue Officer and member of the Executive Board as of 1 July 2024, and President Asia Pacific since 2019. Before these roles, he was Head of the Services business in the German-speaking markets and country lead for Switzerland and Singapore, having joined the company as an inside sales team leader in 1999.
Raphael is a Swiss citizen and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PHW Zurich.
