Jong Aik is the Global Sourcing & Procurement Vice President at Soitec.
He joined Soitec in 2007 as the Head of Equipment and Maintenance and subsequently in 2017, held the role of Managing Director in Soitec Microelectronics Singapore.
Jong Aik has been involved in the semiconductor industry for nearly 25 years with various roles in TECH Semiconductor/Micron and in ASML. Also, in his 25 years career, he spent 2 years working as Supplier Development in China to work with a partner to help them develop their expertise in manufacturing 200mm Silicon-on-Insulator wafers.
Jong Aik graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering majoring in Microelectronics.
