Bailey DeRoest is a highly experienced professional who currently holds various leadership positions in different organizations. With a background in yoga instruction and program management, Bailey has served in roles such as Vice Chair at the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy, Co-Director at Sojourner Center, and Chief Operating Officer at New Life Center - Domestic Violence Shelter. Bailey also has experience as a Shelter Director at Canyon Creek Women's Crisis Center and Shelter Manager at Family Crisis Center. Bailey is currently pursuing education at Brigham Young University - Idaho.

Sojourner Center’s mission is to provide a continuum of multicultural services to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. All programs and activities are designed to help survivors develop resiliency, so they can establish and maintain violence-free lives. The services are residential service, children and youth services, communityservice, lay legal services.
